1.SUWIDHA (Single User-friendly Windows Disposal Helpline for Applicants): centre has been set up in the district under Sukhmani Society for convenience of Citizen. This centre is operational w.e.f. April, 2004. Implemented services of Affidavit attestation, Counter Signing of documents, Copies of record, Arm Licenses. The Suwidha Centres are also operational at all SDM Offices in the District.
2.District Information System for Elections : The General Elections, Assembly Elections, Zila Parishad, SGPC and Panchayat Elections in Punjab saw the Gurdaspur District Centre working round the clock to provide all necessary informatics support to the District Administration.
3.Property Registration Information System Monitoring (PRISM) software has been implemented in all tehsils and sub tehsils of the district.
4.Social Security Information System : helps for effective timely distribution of pensions to 200000 beneficiaries (Old Age, Disabled Persons, Widows & dependent Children) in the district. The pensions are prepared bank wise, village/panchayat wise, MCs wise etc.
5.Video Conference : V.C. Centre is operational in the district w.e.f. 2005. Various Departments and Courts are making use of the same.
6.Official Web Site : The official web site gurdaspur.nic.in provides vaious kind of information to the general public.
7.District Treasury Computerization: Payment, Receipt and Pension modules implemented in District Treasury Office. Sub Treasuries at Batala and Dera Baba Nanak have also been computerized.
8.PAY ROLL : package is being used periodically for generating monthly pay roll of various offices.
9.Daily data entry/report generation like Cause list for Court Cases Monitoring for DC and ADC.
10.District Court Computerization : Various software packages i.e. District Court Information System, Pay Roll and other software implanted for the courts of District & Sessions Judge.
11.COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES MONITORING SYSTEM has been implemented for Deputy Registrar Office. Report and complete data was sent to State Headquarters.
12.Survey of Atta Daal Scheme : Data regarding 1,04,023 (Rural) and 29,703 (Urban) no. of poor families for the distribution of subsidized Atta Dal was compiled and various reports were generated.
13.Parole Information System : Parole Information System was developed and implemented for maintaining the parole leave account for sentenced prisoners of Central Jail Gurdaspur.
14.IDSP (Integrated Disease Surveillance Project) : This project of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare covers the districts and aims at establishing a suitable surveillance system for monitoring disease incidence & health parameters and to provide sufficient information instantaneously. IDSP computer centre and training room have been established under this project at Civil Surgeon office, Gurdaspur.
15.CONFONET : Provided all kinds of technical support for implementing this project in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Gurdaspur.
16.Driving Licences and RCs : Sarathi-Vahan software implemented in the office of District Transport Officer, Gurdaspur. The activities include s/w installation, testing, training and attending the problems of users as and when the need arise. Sarathi and Vahan also implemented at SDM Offices Batala and Pathankot
17.Different kinds of Revenue Recovery Statements like Abiana, Land Rev., Local Rate, Taccavi Loans, Stamp Duties etc. are being generated every month.
18.MGNREGA : Mahatma Gandhu National Rural Employment Guarantee Act implemented in the district successfully.
19.AGMARKENT : Computerized all Market Committees in the district.
20.NADRS : National Animal Diseases Reporting System implemented at district as well as in all Block Veterinary Hospitals in the district.
21.Common integrated Police Application (CIPA) implemented in all Police Stations.
22.Mapping of Blocks/ Gram Panchayats & Census Villages.
