Key Achievement

The department is entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring systemized and planned growth of different local planning areas(LPA’s)within district Gurdaspur by providing future requirements for adequate infrastructure, amenities and services to the citizen through master plans and development schemes for the growth of areas.

Key functions of the department

Approval for change of land use(CLU)/building plans within jurisdiction of department as per zoning regulation and development controls notified by government of Punjab and as per the provisions of the master plans.
