  Instructions for Data Entry

1. Finalization of Data: The data submitted by a department will be considered FINALIZED only after submission of the HARD COPY, duly signed and stamped by the HOD on each page, in the O/o District Informatics Officer, NIC, Room No. 313, A Block, Administrative Complex, Gurdaspur.
2. Group D Employees: Group D employees, such as Peons, Drivers, etc., are not required to be entered in DISE.
3. Outsourced and Contractual Employees: Every office must ensure that the data of ALL Outsourced and Contractual Employees is entered in DISE.
4.  Employees on Maternity Leave: All Department HODs must mark their employees who are on Maternity Leave in NextGEN DISE. Along with the signed and stamped hard copy, the medical report and relevant leave documentation, duly signed and stamped by the HOD, must also be submitted. Without these documents, the data will not be finalized.
5. Supervisors, Sector Officers and BLOs: The data of Supervisors, Sector Officers, BLOs and other deployed officials must be entered in NextGEN DISE. The duty order of the deployedofficials, duly signed and stamped by the HOD, must be submitted along with the hard copy. Such employees must also be appropriately marked as BLO/Supervisor/Sector Officer, etc. in NextGEN DISE.
6. Other Employees: All employees, except Group D employees, must be entered in NextGEN DISE.
7. Responsibility of HOD: The concerned HOD shall be responsible for ensuring that the data entered in NextGEN DISE is complete, accurate and duly verified before submission of the signed and stamped hard copy.
8. Mismatch/Incomplete Data: Any discrepancy, missing information, or incomplete documentation may result in the data not being finalized until the required corrections/documents are submitted.
